| (Left Click) START BUTTON CONTROL PANEL (left click) IF Windows XP - Find ADD/REMOVE Programs and (left click) IF Windows VISTA - Find PROGRAMS AND FEATURE (left click) IF WINDOWS 7 - Find PROGRAMS AND FEATURES (left click) |

| Find Java and Remove |
| Find any JAVA programs AFTER you have the new version installed and remove any and all that have the incorrect version number. Remember: You want to KEEP version 6.20. |

| If you have Adobe Photoshop Programs watch CAREFULLY NOT TO REMOVE THEM!! |
| These Adobe Programs are SAFE to remove: Adobe.com (white icon) GET ADOBE (red and white icon) |
| When you find the correct programs to uninstall or remove, click on the program icon (Windows XP will show a 'REMOVE' button at the end of the highlighted line) {for Windows Vista and Windows 7 look toward the top of this window to a word 'UNINSTALL' } and click. Make sure you answer YES or OK if prompted. |
